The roundup happened Wednesday morning in Taylor 's Stauffer Industrial Park at the B. C. Bundt commercial bakery.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement took workers into custody at 7 on Wednesday morning.
State and Taylor police helped out.
Taylor police chief Stephen Derenick said, "This is an ongoing investigation, approximately five months now. My people received information that they were working illegal immigrants at the plant here and we shared that information with state police and immigration and customs enforcement."
I. C.E says 21 people arrested were from Mexico .
The other two were from Honduras and Uraguay.
Taylor 's police chief said this about the raid, “It doesn't surprise me because it's all over. It's just that if we get information on it then we're going to follow through on it."
