This Valentine's Day there are two things you don't want to break --your partner's heart and your budget. Consumer Reporter Jeff Chirico has some ways to say "I love you" without going broke.
From ballroom dancing, to candlelit couple's yoga, you'll find untraditional ways to express your love inside on South Franklin Street in Wilkes-Barre. Executive director Kathleen Godwin says “they can have a unique Valentine's Day experience with someone they love."
