JESSUP, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- A Lackawanna County man has pleaded guilty to more theft charges, which were filed after a WBRE story.

Phillip Montemarano, Jessup, entered guilty pleas in two more of his cases Friday morning.

Montemarano admitted taking money from his family and friends in an investment scheme.

Prosecutors say he stole more than $200,000.

Montemarano is scheduled to be sentenced next month.
