SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- Former Pittston Area School Board Member Joseph Oliveri is behind bars in federal prison. Oliveri was sentenced to a year and a day behind bars. He pleaded guilty to taking $1,500 for a contract in the district. Oliveri must also pay a $3,000 fine.
