PHILADELPHIA-Tearful testimony Thursday, from Luzerne County Judge Ann Lokuta as she took the stand in her own defense in her misconduct trial taking place in Philadelphia.

Lokuta is accused of being unprofessional and downright mean on the bench..but on Thursday, she told the panel that all she wants the court to be a place of higher standards. That things have to be done right and sometimes, in that effort,she may appear to be mean.
This trial has really shed light on -the inner-workings of the justice system in Luzerne county..
Judge Lokuta will be back on the stand Friday.
