PHILADELPHIA- After a month-long break testimony resumed Monday in the judicial misconduct trial of Judge Ann Lokuta.

The Judicial Conduct Review Board said that Senior Judges Patrick Toole and Michael Conahan will take the stand again as rebuttal witnesses against Lokuta.

Monday Judge Ann Lokuta took the stand in her own defense. Testimony is expected to wrap up by the end of the week but it could be several months before a decision is made.
