PHILADELPHIA-Dramatic testimony is expected Tomorrow in the ongoing misconduct trial of Luzerne County Judge Ann Lokuta.

It's taking place in Philadelphia today, her defense team called more witnesses, including those who worked most closely with her.
They say the judge wanted things to be done the right way..and would not settle for anything less.....When all is said and done...Judge Lokuta could end up losing her job. But her lawyers are confident, while a tough judge, she did not overstep her authority. Judge Lokuta may take the stand tomorrow.
