STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY- A person police said was involved in a deadly hit and run turned himself in on Thursday.
23 year old Myles Davis of Long Pond had a preliminary arraignment on Thursday. Police said Davis struck and killed 45 year old Robert Monaco on Route 115 in Tunkhannock Township back in July.
Monaco was hit just minutes after he fell off his motorcycle while swerving to avoid a deer. | | |
