STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY -- Closing arguments wrapped up this morning and a Monroe County jury has begun deliberations in a high-profile DUI vehicular homicide case.
46-year-old Thomas Senavitis of Kunkletown is accused of killing State Senator James Rhoades of Mahanoy City in an October 2008 crash. The deadly wreck happened on Route 209 in Gilbert.
