STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY- A jury was picked Tuesday in Monroe County Court in a murder case where the body was never found.

Thomas Cook, Jr. is accused of killing Randy Huegel 7 years ago. Cook owned an apartment and Huegel was his tenant.

Huegel disappeared and hasn't been seen since 2001. Police say Cook ran off to Tennessee and years later police captured Cook when he visited the Poconos.
