WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- Closing arguments have wrapped up in the high profile Luzerne County murder trial of Harlow Cuadra.

Prosecutors say he killed rival gay porn producer Bryan Kocis of Dallas Township in 2007. Thursday, the jurors will hear instructions from the judge and begin their deliberations.

Cuadra was cross-examined by prosecutors Wednesday morning. Cuadra insists he did not murder Kocis. He admits he was there but that his friend Joseph Kerekes was the killer. Kerekes has already pleaded guilty to the murder and is serving life in prison.

The prosecution is seeking the death penalty in the case.
