Williamsport, Lycoming County-

An old housing project is being torn down to make room for a new business in Williamsport. Demolition has started at the former Kennedy-King complex.

Police have used the complex for training since it was vacated years ago.

The site was sold to Moran Industries earlier this year. The company is expected to create about 35 jobs at a new warehousing and distribution facility there.
