Keystone Place Re-dedicated

SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY-Northeast PA now has more affordable housing for seniors.
Tonight, Urban Innovations, a Chicago based Real Estate Firm, re-dedicated Keystone Place.
Allied Services sold the buildings to the group several years ago.
All of the apartments received up-grades and the common areas were also renovated.
And the residents like Rose-Mary Kubasko are very pleased with the new look.
Steve Greenbaum of Urban Innovations noted the "The rededication of these buildings celebrates the fact that hundreds of Northeast Pennsylvania's elderly now live in vastly improved apartment units and buildings.".
John Regula, a Vice President of Allied Services agreed saying "We chose Urban Innovations because of their proven track record of dealing with the elderly and disabled." He added, "It was really important to find someone with the same mission like Allied Services".
The group has purchased nine buildings in all from Allied Services. | |
