Williamsport, Lycoming County-

Students at Williamsport's Lycoming College are offering a fun-filled Kids' Night Out for area children Friday night.

From 6-10pm, elementary age kids can head to the Lycoming College Recreation Center for a night of games, sports, crafts, snacks and more.

The event is being hosted by the junior class council and will be run by student volunteers from several campus organizations.

Lycoming College junior Ashley Loeb noted, "Last year we had about 80 kids show up. And they just come and it's a chance for them to get out for the night, run around with their friends, and give their parents a break."

Parents must sign their children in at the registration table in the front of the rec center when dropping them off.

This is the second annual Kids' Night Out at Lycoming College.
