WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY -- He stood in front of a nativity scene but what he did was anything but holy.

23-year old Kings student Nathan Strawn urinated on the scene in Wilke-Barre's Public Square. It happened in January and Wednesday, he pleaded guilty to the charges against him.

Nathan Strawn of Bangor said, "I am taking full responsibility for what I did. I quit drinking, I did what kings college asked. I went to dna classes I went to AA classes. I'm pretty much trying to better myself so I can get rid of all this mess and put it in the past."

Strawn is now entered in an 6 month accelerated rehabilitative disposition program, or ARD. If he completes it, indecent exposure, desecration, lewdness and public drunkenness charges will be erased from his record.

Strawn was kicked out of King's for one semester. He says he's allowed to return now.
