Kunkletown Fire Leaves 10 Homeless - Sunday, March 1, 2009 at 11:30PM EST

KUNKLETOWN, MONROE COUNTY- Firefighters were on the move in Monroe County. They battled flames at an apartment building in Kunkletown Sunday evening.
The fire just off of Kunkletown - Saylorsburg Road broke out just before 4:30. No one was home at the time and no one was hurt.

Three families lived in the building. A total of 10 people are now homeless.

The cause of tonight's fire is still under investigation. Kunkletown Fire Company Captain Lue Salerno said, “When we pulled up, it was fully involved. We called in some neighboring companies and got it extinguished with no injuries."

The siding of a neighboring home was also damaged.
