SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- The jury is back in the federal case against two men accused of extorting hundreds of thousands of dollars.

The jury found Charles Costanzo and Philip Forgione not guilty on all counts. The two men were charged with taking $300,000 from Ali-Con Environmental Incorporated in Clarks Summit.

The men say they were paid willingly in return for helping the business secure a contract with the Lackawanna County Courthouse.
