County commissioners will hold a reception for Senator Madigan in front of the courthouse in Laporte from 4 to 6:15 p. m. for the public to greet and thank him for all he has done for the 23rd

Senatorial District , which includes Sullivan and Bradford counties. Everyone from the surrounding areas is welcome to come and meet Madigan and to enjoy the parade and carnival.
