Lewisburg, Union County-

A Union County woman was sentenced Tuesday afternoon for her role in a hit-and-run crash that left a local man in a coma.

Todd Miller, of Lewisburg, was walking along JPM road in Kelly Township with his fiancé and their two young children on the evening of January 10th of this year.

Tracy Webb, also of Lewisburg, struck miller with her car, narrowly missing the other three. She told police she fled the scene because she didn’t have car insurance.

A Union County judge sentenced Webb to 9-23 months in county prison, followed by 37 months probation. Webb will also be responsible for Todd Miller’s ever-increasing medical costs.

Miller’s family members say they’re glad Webb is going to jail, but think the sentence should have been longer.

Miller’s fiancé, Jessica Lordeon, explained, “She won’t be able to put harm to my kids, or anybody else’s kids. She’ll be in jail and just sitting there thinking about what she done. And God will punish her that way.”

Webb apologized in court to the victim’s family before being taken away to begin her sentence at the Union County Prison.

Family members tell us they maintain hope that Todd Miller will eventually recover from his current condition. They pray he’ll be able to watch his children grow up.
