BARTONSVILLE- PennDOT calls it one of the first signs of spring. When the weather warms up, crews start to clean all the litter that was tossed out through the winter.

WBRE found about a dozen workers picking up trash in Bartonsville Wednesday. They collected more than 50 bags of trash.
