President Barack Obama was reaching out to the Islamic world - with a speech at Cairo University. It was designed to change the tone in which the U-S approaches the Muslim world. The message from President Obama to the Islamic world one of tolerance and seeking a new beginning. Dr. Mahmoud Fahmy of Dallas Township says while the address did not lay out a particular plan - it was an important first step for peace with Muslims abroad and here in the United States.
