Local Penn State Fans Head to Pasadena - Monday, December 29, 2008 at 10:25PM EST

PLAINS, LUZERNE COUNTY- Penn State fans boarded busses at 1:00 A. M. Monday morning in Luzerne County. They were en route to J. F.K. Airport in New York with their final destination the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California.

Some fans already have a plan in place for game day! John & Peggy Lampman said, “We'll be loud and they'll know we're there and we're gonna wear white, because they want us to where white. I think we've got a good shot at winning it and I think we're gonna win."

The travelers are also going to take in the Rose Bowl parade and a pep rally before the game. Penn State and USC square off at 5:00 on New Year's Day.
