WASHINGTON- Local Representative Chris Carney voted no, pointing to the legislation as hurried and one that would allow embattled banking execs to keep their golden parachutes.

In a statement he wrote, "We cannot allow Wall Street to borrow its way out of the current fiscal mess."

Representative Tim Holden also voted against the plan.

Representative Paul Kanjorski voted in favor of it. In a statement Kanjorski said, "We're not bailing out Wall Street, but Main Street."

Kanjorski also called on Congress to work together.
