LOGANTON, CLINTON COUNTY- A central Pennsylvania family is mourning the loss of their son who died in Iraq.

Army Sergeant First Class David Cooper, 36, died last Wednesday in Baghdad from a non-combat related injury.

Cooper was originally from Loganton and graduated from Sugar Valley High School in the 1980's.

Sergeant First Class Cooper is survived by a wife in Washington state, and twin 16-year-old sons who still live in central Pennsylvania.

Funeral services will take place in nearby Lycoming County.
