A suspended judge in Luzerne County will not be back on the bench.

Judge Ann Lokuta was defeated in her attempts to return to the bench.
The opinion of removing her was a narrow one.
Lokuta was hopeful in November that the court of judicial discipline would see how corruption tainted the evidence in her misconduct case.
Lokuta's team calls this an anticipated bump in the road.
