FORTY FORT, LUZERNE COUNTY- Ann Lokuta said "it's been hell." Her life for the last four years has been full of court battles. The latest one ended in defeat. The Court of Judicial Discipline upheld her removal from the bench by a 4-to-3 margin. Lokuta vowed her fight will continue onto the Pa. Supreme Court. Her career remains in limbo. Lokuta has gone before the Supreme Court before. Now, the future of her case is in the high court's hands. | | |
