SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY Ð Jerry Bonner, a member of the Luzerne County Housing Authority, is accused of taking a bribe.

He showed up to court Tuesday afternoon, pleading not guilty to a one-count indictment charging him with passing a cash reward of less than $5,000 to another member of the housing authority.

Bonner was informed the charge could carry a 10-year jail term. A trial date of November 23rd was set.
