LUZERNE COUNTY-History made Monday when the first female commissioner chairman took office.
Mary Ann Petrilla was sworn in today, along with her democratic running mate, Greg Skerpenak and republican Steve Urban.
Petrilla says its her top priority will be regaining the trust of the taxpayers, this comes after a scandal that involved debit card abuse by several county leaders. | | |
