WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY -- Opening arguments began in the trial of a man accused of shooting another man outside a Wilkes-Barre bar last summer.

Benji Benjamin is on trial for shooting 38-year-old Joseph Benson outside Liam's Place in June of 2009.

Investigators say the shooting happened after the two got into an argument.

Benjamin was captured by police after being on the run for four days.
