Lycoming County Man to Face Rape Charges - Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 7:21PM EST

Muncy, Lycoming County-
A Lycoming County man is charged with raping a teenage girl dozens of times.

Police arrested 35-year-old Gary Segraves of Clinton Township.

Police say the crimes happened from January of 2006 to January of 2008.

Segraves faces nearly 200 charges ranging from indecent assault to rape. He's locked up on $200,000 bail.

Segrave's 33-year-old wife, Melissa, is also accused.

She's charged with endangering the welfare of a child and corruption of a minor for allowing the abuse to go on. She's free on $15,000 bail.

Both will be back in court next week.
