POCONO TWP., MONROE COUNTY- Tragedy in the Poconos Thursday morning where a worker at a shooting range dies after being shot in the face.
It happened at the Sunset Hills Shooting Range in Pocono Township. Police are looking into what happened when 38-year-old Russell Stephens, Jr. pulled a 9mm gun out of a storage safe.
The gun went off but it wasn't supposed to be loaded. No one knows why it was.
Emergency crews flew Stephens to the hospital where he later died.
