PLYMOUTH, LUZERNE COUNTY- Jeremy Kendricks was found guilty of third degree murder. Kendricks was accused of shooting Kirk Lipscomb last September at the Bull Run Tavern in Plymouth. Lipscomb later died from his injuries. Prosecutors say the violence stemmed from another fight at the same bar.
