BRADFORD COUNTY -- A New York State man is awaiting extradition back to Bradford County where he will be charged with killing his unborn child.

Right now Orbin Tercero is locked up in Steuben County, New York. Police say in February the 38-year-old pharmacist gave his pregnant girlfriend, who lives in Sayre, a drug that causes abortions. The baby died.

Sayre police say the motive for killing the unborn child may have been his love for another woman.

Tercero will face a slew of charges, including first degree murder charges of an unborn baby.
