SCHUYLKILL HAVEN, SCHUYLKILL COUNTY- The most serious charges against an arson suspect in Schuylkill County have been dropped.
Franklin Moyer was back in court Tuesday. He's accused of setting fire to his mother's house in Schuylkill Haven on Halloween morning.
The two most serious arson charges against him were dropped but two other arson charges, along with criminal mischief and "reckless endangerment, were forwarded onto court.
Moyer remains behind bars on $15,000. | | |
