ORWIGSBURG, SCHUYLKILL COUNTY- A Schuylkill County man will face further court action on child sex charges. Gene Edwards waived his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday morning in Orwigsburg.
The 44-year-old is accused of molesting two young boys in Schuykill Haven late last year. They were ages two and four. Edwards apologized for his actions. "I was just giving them a bath and I don't know. I guess I wasn't thinking," he said.

Prosecutors would not comment on if a plea deal is in works right now.
