ROSS TOWNSHIP, MONROE COUNTY- A Kresgeville man has been arrested for the rape of a 9 year old girl police say he committed in June of 2003. His name is Elvis Koch. Koch had sexual intercourse with the victim on two separate occasions between June and August at his apartment on Gilbert Road. Koch could not post $25,000 cash bail and was committed to Monroe County Correctional Facility.
