LOWER TOWAMENSING TWP., CARBON COUNTY- A head on crash in Carbon County leaves one person hurt and another facing drunk driving charges.

It happened just after 10:00 Friday night on Route 248. State Police say 37-year-old Gregory Scott of Saylorsburg was driving in the wrong lane when he crashed into Jennifer Dowd of Lehighton.

Dowd was taken to the hospital. Scott was arrested and charged with driving drunk.
