WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- A Tobyhanna man faces murder charges in Wilkes-Barre, and police didn't have to look very far to find him.
25-year-old Fernando Gotay was already in jail on drug charges following his arrest last month. Monday he was charged with criminal homicide and 2-counts of aggravated assault.

It all stems from the murder of 22-year-old Donald Spry, Jr. He was found dead December 5th in a second-floor apartment at 34 S. Hancock Street in the city's Heights section.

Gotay is now locked up with no bail and faces a hearing next Monday.
