HANOVER TWP., LUZERNE COUNTY -- Police have charged a man for a double stabbing in a Hanover Township bar.
It happened at Muggs and Jugs bar on Oxford Street on October 4th. Hanover Township police say Joshua Miller turned himself.
They say Miller stabbed two men, sending them both to the hospital.
Miller is charged with aggravated assault-and terroristic threats. | | |
