Man Arrested for Killing Plains Twp. Firefighter - Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at 6:30PM EST

WILKES-BARRE TWP., LUZERNE COUNTY- A Noxen man turned himself in to police in connection with a deadly crash that killed a Plains Township fire fighter.
30-year-old Tommy Patton is facing homicide charges. Investigators say he was twice the legal limit and his license was suspended when he struck and killed firefighter Robert Kubicki last month.
