SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- A Scranton man was charged Tuesday with sexually assaulting three teenagers.
Police say 46-year-old John Rodney assaulted a 13-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy. Investigators say it happened over a period of years and Rodney actually paid them for sex.
He's also accused of trying to assault a 19 year-old woman. Police say it came out when the children told their mother.
They also say Rodney admitted to the assaults.
