Man Arrested on Arson Charges After Late Night Fire - Monday, June 8, 2009 at 5:20PM EST

TOBYHANNA TWP., MONROE COUNTY- A Monroe County business was destroyed by fire and a man is under arrest for starting it.
The fire started just before midnight at Classic Quality Homes on Route 940 in Tobyhanna Township. Dozens of firefighters responded to the scene.

Police arrested 29-year-old Michael Bartell, Jr. of Pocono Summit. They say they found evidence linking him to the fire in his car and behind his home.

Bartell is charged with arson and burglary. He's being held on $250,000 bail.
