WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY- Emergency crews got a surprise while responding to a traffic accident. They found a shooting victim.
A man crashed his car into a fire hydrant and an apartment building in Williamsport Monday.
It happened in the 500 block of Memorial Avenue around 2:00 P. M. Emergency crews say the driver had a gunshot wound.
Police continue their search for the suspect. There's no word on the condition of the victim.
