GREENE TOWNSHIP, CLINTON COUNTY- Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a deadly accident in Clinton County.

It happened Tuesday afternoon on I-80 near Greene Township in Clinton County. Police said 78-year old Vincent Osadchy of Hazleton drove off the road and onto the shoulder where he hit another car that was parked on the side of the highway for roadside assistance.

Osadchy died at the scene.
