WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- A Luzerne County man is behind bars charged with shooting and robbing a Wilkes-Barre man.
Police say 19-year old Jeremy Battle shot and robbed an acquaintance in an apartment in Hanover Village. The shooting happened in January.
Battle is charged with robbery and aggravated assault. He's in the Luzerne County jail on $75,000 bail.
