RUTLAND TWP., TIOGA COUNTY -- State police suspect alcohol for a deadly pickup truck crash near the Tioga-Bradford County line.

It happened overnight in Rutland Township along Mill Creek Road. State police say 43-year-old Freddy Loucks of Mansfield veered off the road just before 3:00 A. M.

Troopers say the pickup spun out on the road and overturned. Loucks was thrown from the pickup and killed.

His passenger, 43-year-old Monica Miller of Mansfield, was treated for minor injuries and released.
