KINGSTON, LUZERNE COUNTY- State Police spent the morning investigating a deadly motorcycle crash on the Cross Valley Expressway – Route 309.
Witnesses say 36-year-old George Santee of Swoyersville sped past traffic in the northbound lanes just after 8:00 A.M. and lost control.
He crashed his Kawasaki ZZR into a wall in Kingston and died at the scene.
The northbound lanes were closed for a couple of hours. They reopened late this morning.
