WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY- A plea deal has headed off a vehicular double homicide trial.

It's the case of 36-year-old Isaac Millard of Meshoppen. He pled guilty Tuesday afternoon in Lycoming County Court for a June crash.

The wreck on Route 15 near Trout Run killed his 58-year-old father, Harry, and a friend, 42-year-old Ryan Downs of Wilkes-Barre.

Millars pled guilty to 4-charges including Homicide by Vehicle While DUI.

He's expected to face 3-to-6 years in prison when he's sentenced in December.
