SUGARLOAF TWP., LUZERNE COUNTY- A Luzerne County man has avoided trial by pleading guilty to drunk driving and homicide by vehicle.

25-year-old Kevin Prussock of Freeland admitted to the crimes Monday morning in court. Prussock was drunk behind the wheel April 24th on East Butler Drive in Butler Township.

His SUV slammed into a car killing 69-year-old Joseph Gigliotti of McAdoo. Prussock could get anywhere from 3 to 18-years in prison when he's sentenced in February.
