SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- Robert Woolaver, a man described by prosecutors as a 'drifter', has entered a guilty plea to charges relating to two Lackawanna County arson's.
Woolaver was charged with Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Arson and Criminal Conspiracy to Committ Criminal Trespass in connect with a fire that destroyed Fiorelli's Catering in Peckville last March. He also plead guilty to similar charges in connection with the arson at Highway Auto Garage in Eynon on March 27th of 2008.
Woolaver will be sentenced at a later date. He faces a maximum jail tem of 37 years and fines up to $65,000.
A co-defendant, Benjamin Christensen of Carbondale still faces charges relating to both of those fires and five others which were deliberately set in Lackawanna County. | |
